This is cool. I've often wondered of Old English here in the UK was changed around 10th century. Even more so after 12th century when France took over. A lot of words were changed to sound different. Was there a reason for this? The idea that words are like spells is powerful. Anyway, look at Hebrew and Arabic which have more sounds and are older than English.
